Question: How does it work?
Select what type of design you’d like to send in the ‘Send a Box’ page and your preferred size or cost.
If you’d like to add some extra blooms or gifts, you certainly can!
We will then design and deliver your flower box. You won’t need to scroll through pages of pictures of arrangements. Let’s save you some time. Just complete the details and pay. You’re done! Rest assured that our designers will create a little box of flowers that are fresh and beautiful for your recipient. We’ll send you a photo of it (flowerbox selfie) before it gets delivered so you know exactly what it looks like before the recipient contacts you.
Question: When do you deliver?
Deliveries are made every day, typically between midday and 6pm. Whilst we aren’t able to guarantee a specific time, if you have a preferred time for delivery we can see what we can do to work towards that.
We deliver Monday to Friday around Newcastle and Maitland, lower Hunter Valley and around the top of Lake Macquarie from Toronto to Belmont. As we don’t deliver on weekends make sure you pre-order for Friday deliveries if you’d like something for the weekend.
If the recipient isn’t answering when we call, we will leave the flowerbox in a safe shady spot. We put a delivery card in the mailbox to let them know where it is. We will also text the sender to let them know as well.
If the property has a locked gate, or unwilling dog for us to proceed and enter or there’s nowhere safe to leave the flowerbox, we will call the sender and advise them. A re-delivery charge of $10 may apply.
Question: Where do you deliver?
We deliver around Newcastle suburbs for a flat delivery fee of $10. We also deliver up to Maitland and suburbs, out to Mayfield, down to the top of Lake Macquarie around Toronto to Belmont. For areas further afield there is a delivery charge of $15-$18. If you’re unsure if we deliver to the address you can take a look at our Delivery Suburbs page. If the postcode for the suburb isn’t there then please call us on 0418 118 541 and we will let you know.
Question: What flowers do you have?
We source local seasonal fresh flowers from local growers and local markets as we like to support local business ourselves. We also select some imported flowers and flowers that are out of season here but available from overseas. Whilst we don’t stock every flower or every colour, this enables us to keep our prices down and affordable for our customers. It also enables you to save time as you don’t need to scroll through pages of photos selecting what to send. All the work is done for you. You can be confident that what we will send will be beautiful and fresh!

We will send a ‘flowerbox selfie’ (photo) of your Flowerbox and also let you know when it was delivered directly via text to your mobile. That way you know exactly what your recipient has received and is enjoying.
Question: Do you deliver interstate?
At this stage we deliver throughout Newcastle and Maitland suburbs as detailed above. Just to be clear, we are not an interflora and we don’t deliver interstate. Newcastle and environs is where we go. That’s currently how far our little wheels will take us!
Question: Can I pick up my flower box?
We can deliver your flowerbox to your home or work within our delivery area. We prefer to do that as we are often out delivering so it’s easier to arrange that.
Question: How do I pay for my flowers? Complete your order
In the ‘Send a Box’ menu, select the box type you’d like to send and proceed to checkout. Complete the order details, and pay using either PayPal or your credit card. Alternatively, you can call us on 0418 118 541 with your card and order details and we can process it for you.
Question: Can I leave a comment or review?
Definitely! We love it when our customers share their experience. You can either leave a comment on the page of the little box you ordered, or our Little Box of Feedback page or on our Instagram or Facebook pages. You’ll find us as ‘littleboxofflowers’

Question: I’m organising a big event, can we use you?
Sure can! We get very excited when there’s an event on! Call us at least 2 weeks prior to the date of your event so we can discuss the type of designs & flowers that would be best and we will be happy to give you a quote.
