Deliveries happen between Midday -5pm.
How will I know what is being sent?
You’ll receive a text message or email with a photo of your flowers on the day of delivery. It’s what we call a flowerbox ‘selfie’! That way you can see what you’re sending before they are delivered.
What if there’s no-one home?
We will leave the flowers in a shady safe spot near the front door and pop a delivery card in their mailbox. If you provide their mobile number we will text them so they can expect a surprise at the door. We’ll also text you to keep you in the loop.
How will I know when it’s been delivered?
You’ll receive a text message or email letting you know they’ve been received at the address or if we have left them as nobody answered.
When will it be delivered?
All our deliveries happen between 12 noon and 5pm as we make our orders fresh each morning. Schools are delivered prior to 3pm and businesses before 5pm.
What if they leave work early?
If your flower friend leaves before 3pm, it’s best to send it to their home so we don’t miss them.
Can you guarantee a delivery time?
We can give you an estimate of the delivery time when the run is ready to leave around midday. As traffic situations are an unknown, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. Rest assured we will do all we can to get it there!
